Introduction

By echoing the promotion of culture and art of Cantonese Opera by the LCSD, the public can further understand the traditional characteristics of Cantonese Opera through watching Cantonese Opera performances. Through the events, Cantonese Opera can be promoted and preserved for future generations. At the same time, students of the Course for Young Cantonese Opera Performers could be given opportunities to perform to the public and hone their skills. In achieving these goals, students were arranged to participate in the opening ceremony and two excerpts.
